    Aureon Privacy Policy

    This Privacy Policy explains how TekAnalysts Inc. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use the Aureon mobile application (the "App"), a spa and makeup services app. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

    1. Information we collect

    We collect only the information needed to provide the App's services:

    • Name – to identify you and your appointments.
    • Email address – for your account, booking confirmations and service-related messages.
    • Phone number – to contact you about your appointments (for example, reminders or schedule changes).

    We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, health information, payment card details, or advertising identifiers.

    2. How we use your information

    • To create and manage your account.
    • To book, confirm, remind you of, and manage spa and makeup appointments.
    • To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
    • To keep the App secure and prevent misuse.

    We do not sell your personal information, use it for advertising, or use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

    3. Sharing your information

    We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

    • Service providers who host our servers or send notifications on our behalf, only as needed to operate the App and under obligations to protect your data.
    • The spa or studio you book with, so they can provide the service you requested.
    • When required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.

    4. Data storage and security

    Your information is stored on secure servers and protected with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

    5. Data retention

    We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

    6. Your rights and choices

    You may, at any time:

    • Access and review the personal information we hold about you.
    • Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
    • Delete your account and associated personal information, either from within the App (where available) or by contacting us.
    • Withdraw your consent to our use of your information, subject to legal or contractual limits.

    We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable privacy laws. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

    7. Children's privacy

    The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

    8. Changes to this policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
